Semi-Pro routines must:
– Be no longer than 3.5mins in length.
– Include at least two advanced drops (any drop from or above the top bar and any other drop the judges personally deem as advanced).
– Include at least one continuous roll (the same roll executed more than once in a row).
– At least two moves that showcase strength.
– At least one move that showcases flexibility.
– Evenly spread use of above the top bar, middle, sides and below the hoop as well as floor work.
